About me 

Hi,  I’m Andrea- Coach, Senior HR leader and Mum. 
🌿I help senior women with big roles and young families cut through the noise, reconnect with what matters, and lead with intention and self-assurance.

🌿 I offer real-time support from someone who knows what it’s like to juggle strategic responsibility with the demands of family life.

🌿 I bring lived experience of leading in complex environments while raising a young family and I create space for thoughtful women to think clearly, choose wisely, and trust themselves more deeply so they can lead with authority, protect what matters most, and set a new standard for what leadership can look like.

I am a qualified coach and hold a Masters in Human Resource Management complemented by over 20 years of practical experience collaborating with leaders across a diverse range of industries. 
I’m also a mum to three boys which sharpens my competitive edge!

    Together, we explore thoughts, behaviours, and patterns, encouraging deep self-awareness and understanding. This reflective process allows clients to uncover insights, challenge limiting beliefs, and build a stronger foundation for growth.
