About me

Hi, I’m Andrea- Career Progression Coach, Senior HR leader and Mum.
🌿I help ambitious parents in corporate roles stay on track for career progression after having children — without losing visibility, momentum, or confidence in the decisions that shape their future.

🌿Having children often changes how we think about our careers. It can feel harder to stay visible, put yourself forward for opportunities, or know how to keep progressing alongside family life.

🌿I offer real-time support from someone who understands both sides — the demands of senior leadership and the realities of raising a family while trying to keep your career moving forward.

🌿Alongside my coaching, I’m a senior HR leader with over 20 years’ experience working with leaders across a range of industries. This gives me first-hand insight into how decisions around talent, progression, and opportunity are really made.

I’m also a mum to three boys, which means I understand, very practically, what it takes to balance ambition with everything else life throws at you.

How we work together

  • A hand holding a camera lens, with the view through the lens showing a landscape of a road, trees, and a cloudy sky.

    Clarity

Having children often changes how we think about our careers. It can become harder to see what's next, make confident decisions, or know how to keep progressing alongside family life.

Coaching creates the space to step back from the day-to-day, gain perspective, and get clear on what you want from your career, your family life, and the future you're working towards.

  • A calm lake reflecting snow-capped mountain range under a clear sky.

    Confidence & Emotional Awareness

Career decisions are rarely just practical. They are often shaped by emotions such as self-doubt, guilt, overwhelm, frustration, or fear of getting it wrong.

Drawing on my training as an Emotions Coaching Practitioner, I help clients understand the emotions influencing their decisions and use them as valuable information rather than something to ignore or push aside.

This leads to greater self-awareness and the ability to confidently approach challenges and opportunities.

    Action

Clarity and confidence are important, but coaching should also lead to meaningful action.

Together, we turn insights into practical steps that help you move forward, whether that's increasing your visibility, preparing for promotion, navigating a career decision, or approaching work and family life with greater confidence and purpose.
